> The EU has proposed 117 additional sanctions listings, focused in part on Russia’s oil processing, refining and export capacity. The draft includes 31 oil-related listings, as well as financial institutions, LNG processors and companies in third countries accused of helping Moscow evade sanctions. Member-state experts and officials must still review and approve the measures.
