> Nikita Gorelov, mayor of Sosnovka and a graduate of the “Time of Heroes” program for participants in the war against Ukraine, says he has been dismissed. He had accused previous local administrations of corruption. Officials formally attributed the removal to municipal reform; Gorelov said he had faced pressure for two years and accused regional authorities of using war participants for publicity.
