> The Kremlin said Putin agreed to resume US-mediated talks with Ukraine as soon as next month after meeting US envoy Steve Witkoff. The proposed technical-level trilateral talks could be held in Abu Dhabi and address postwar security guarantees. Zelenskyy wants talks as soon as possible. Meanwhile, Russian ballistic missiles struck Kyiv, damaging infrastructure and public facilities and injuring six people, according to the city’s mayor.
