> Cuba says the United States has threatened countries with tariffs, visa restrictions and other retaliation to get them to change their votes on a UN resolution calling for an end to the decades-old embargo. Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez said US officials also threatened to suspend cooperation, deny visas and support opposition parties. The vote is expected on October 27 or 28.
