> The New York Times reported that Ukraine’s army lost dozens of drones worth at least $1 million after restrictions on the Starshield military-grade satellite system in Ukraine. A Ukrainian commander said disruptions forced the army to halt almost all operations for three days. Ukrainian officials fear the Trump administration ordered the disruption to punish Ukraine for strikes on Russian oil refineries.
