> A Palestinian family in Wadi Rakhim in the South Hebron Hills has been confined to its home for more than two weeks by Israeli settlers camped outside. Since October 5, the family has needed army coordination to access its well and receive supplies. The report says such siege tactics are spreading across occupied West Bank hamlets and villages.
