> Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said Iran is ready to negotiate with the United States for a just resolution of the ongoing conflict, while remaining determined to defend itself. He said Tehran would give diplomacy another chance if it saw strong evidence of a sincere US desire for a just and honorable permanent end to the conflict. Araghchi added that Donald Trump made mistaken assumptions about Iran when entering the war, and warned that repeating the error would bring a far more painful outcome.
