> China issued a guideline to expand financial support for international science and technology centers in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the Yangtze River Delta and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It sets a 2030 goal for a full-chain technology finance system and calls for smoother cross-border investment and funding, regional cooperation and safeguards against systemic risk.
