> Sources told The Wall Street Journal that Elon Musk ordered restrictions on Ukraine’s use of Starshield, Starlink’s military version, disrupting Ukrainian military missions and causing panic in Kyiv and confusion in the Trump administration. Trump said he had not ordered the restrictions and did not know who had. Accounts differ on whether Musk discussed the move with Trump and other officials beforehand.
