> Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance said the administration would pay right-wing YouTuber Nick Shirley $10,000 and establish a $25 million program rewarding public fraud tips. Eligible tips can earn up to $30,000 if they lead to a conviction or significant federal action, though Trump described commissions based on recovered sums. Shirley’s video alleging fraud at Minnesota daycares drew criticism; state officials later found the centers they visited operating “as expected.”
