> Volodymyr Zelensky said on Oct. 20 that Ukraine’s warning systems for Russian ballistic missile launches are working after authorities reported instances of missed alerts from allies. At a joint press conference in Oslo, he also said Ukraine had offered to stop striking sensitive Russian energy sites if Russia stopped hitting Ukrainian ones, but Putin rejected the proposal.
