> Polish Border Guard officers detained 11 Belarusians and four Russians who apparently planned to compete in a youth, junior, and under-21 world karate championship in Bielsko-Biała. They entered on tourist visas that officials said did not match their stated purpose, and all were ordered to leave within eight days.
