> Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Moscow expects no miracles from Washington and views the United States as, at best, a rival that is unprepared for fair competition. He criticized US tariffs for damaging the global trading system and said a law gives the US president authority to impose 100% tariffs on Russian goods and 500% tariffs on goods from major buyers of Russian oil and gas.
