> Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin arrived in St. Petersburg for the 31st meeting of the Russian and Chinese heads of government. He is due to meet Chinese Premier Li Qiang on Wednesday to discuss bilateral ties, with a focus on cooperation and joint projects across trade, energy, industry, agriculture, education and other areas. A joint communique and bilateral documents are expected.
