> Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said Poland would ask Ukraine to explain a drone incident. Lithuania said the drone entered its airspace from the Polish side on Oct. 18, then exploded, damaging a moving car; nobody was hurt. Ukraine apologized and said Russian jamming may have diverted a Ukrainian drone from its intended target.
