> Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Norway on Tuesday to meet US envoys, with Oslo officials saying the aim was to put diplomacy on a “more constructive path.” Relations between Kyiv and Washington have worsened since Donald Trump agreed with Moscow last week to buy Russian diesel, and Zelensky accused the US of delaying planned interceptor-missile deliveries.
