> A coalition called the People’s Fighters Front claims responsibility for six armed attacks in Iran’s southeastern Sistan and Baluchistan and Kerman provinces. HRANA documented at least 63 armed incidents from March 31 to Oct. 10, with 94 people killed and 33 injured; official sources reported 87 deaths and 10 injuries. An expert said armed groups could weaken government control but could not take over the southeast.
