> A court in Grozny fined St. Petersburg resident Lena Patyayeva 150,000 rubles for a repeat protest-law violation after she held a solo picket marking the third anniversary of Seda Suleimanova’s disappearance. Suleimanova was forcibly returned to Chechnya by police in 2023 and handed to her relatives; she has not been seen since. Authorities later declared her missing and began searching for her.
