> The CAC 40 fell more than 1% after widespread unrest in France over the weekend heightened investor concerns about the country’s public debt. At 10:30 a.m. Moscow time, it was down 1.24%, with banks, retailers and tourism companies among the biggest decliners. Deutsche Bank analysts warned the unrest could weaken international investors’ appetite for French government bonds.
