> Greek Coast Guard officials say 12 migrants, including an infant, died in two separate boating accidents overnight in the Aegean Sea. A speedboat collided with a police patrol vessel off Lesbos, while another boat capsized near Samos. Twenty-two people were rescued, and search-and-rescue efforts continue. A 37-year-old Turkish survivor was arrested on suspicion of smuggling and operating the speedboat.
