> Attacks by settlers on Palestinians and foreign officials in the occupied West Bank have intensified during the annual olive harvest. On Saturday, European diplomats and officials visiting Palestinian olive harvesters near Taybeh were attacked. Belgium’s foreign minister said Belgium’s consul general, French and Polish diplomats, and Catholic representatives were targeted; a French mayor was assaulted and a Belgian vehicle damaged. The EU condemned the attacks and called for accountability.
