> Abhijeet Dipke, founder of the Cockroach Janta Party, was released Saturday after being detained by Delhi police during a protest against the election authority. Two other senior party leaders are due to complete five days in judicial custody on Sunday. Large rallies have called for the chief election commissioner to resign over alleged voter-roll manipulation.
