> A historic town hall in Limoges was set on fire during anti-government demonstrations in France. Its roof collapsed and about two-thirds of its exterior was gone, the local prefect said, calling the blaze deliberate and a catastrophe for heritage. The unrest over the cost of living has entered its fourth week.
