> Volodymyr Zelenskyy warned that Donald Trump’s pause on a sanctions bill against Russia would encourage Vladimir Putin to intensify the war, calling it a “reward” for the Russian president. He urged the US to revive the measure as Russia launched a major attack on Ukrainian power plants, and called for Europe to negotiate with Moscow independently.
