> Russia’s ongoing attacks on civilian infrastructure put millions of Ukrainians who returned home at risk of displacement this winter, the International Organization for Migration says. Around 1.56 million returnees live in frontline districts, where many need home-repair materials. Only 1% of people in frontline regions said they could adequately heat their homes last winter.
