> Donald Trump said he did not order restrictions on Starshield, Starlink’s military version, in Ukraine, and said he did not think Elon Musk did either. Trump said the service appeared to be working normally when he checked that morning and he was unsure whether it had stopped. Ukrainian personnel reported restrictions on October 14 that caused some military missions to fail. A U.S. official said the White House was not involved, while Reuters-cited sources said it had ordered the restrictions.
