> Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Ukraine’s military has not regained full access to Starlink and called the US-imposed speed limits a “very dangerous and unpleasant surprise.” Reports said the order came from within the White House. In Brussels on Friday, he asked EU leaders for another €70bn next year to fund Ukraine’s defence.
