> At an EU leaders’ summit in Brussels, Zelensky urged the bloc to boost support for Ukraine, asking for 300 Patriot interceptors, at least 70 billion euros toward the 2027 war budget, and use of frozen Russian assets. He proposed an EU-controlled custodian for the assets; Belgian Prime Minister Bart De Wever opposed using them before the conflict ends.
