> Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said issues involving freight, insurance and diesel supplies to the US had effectively been resolved, and suppliers and buyers now needed to sign documents with one another. He said there were no freight or insurance obstacles under the US Treasury Department’s interpretation of the lifting of sanctions on diesel shipments.
