> Reuters, citing unnamed sources, reported that SpaceX restricted Starshield, Starlink’s military version, in Ukraine on White House orders. A senior official said the order did not come from the U.S. president but did not identify who issued it. Ukrainian officials said some missions were disrupted. The White House has not officially announced restrictions, while Axios sources said the administration was not involved. Ukrainian media reported on October 15 that Starshield service for Ukrainian forces had fully resumed.
