> Reuters reports that Starshield communications services to the Ukrainian military were restricted earlier this week at the White House’s request. The Pentagon received a message to slow the service, though Reuters did not identify who made the decision. A senior US official said the president had made no such request. Ukraine had said the restrictions disrupted some operations; Ukrainian media reported Starshield resumed full operations in Ukraine on October 15.
