> Russian strikes on critical energy infrastructure late on Oct. 15 left parts of Kyiv without power. Damage to energy facilities in the region also lowered water pressure on the capital’s right bank, with emergency crews switching power to water pumping stations. Debris from a downed Russian drone landed in a residential courtyard, and a building caught fire in Shevchenkivskyi district.
