> Seven sailors are missing after the San Marino-flagged Wine Trader caught fire in Romania’s Black Sea territorial waters; four of the 12 people aboard were rescued. A Comoros-flagged chemical tanker, Yara J, also caught fire that night, but its crew extinguished the blaze and no one was injured. Authorities have not linked either fire to a Russian drone attack.
