> Demonstrators and riot police clashed in Albania’s capital on Thursday, the third consecutive day of violence. The protests began with students demanding better university conditions and expanded to calls for Prime Minister Edi Rama to resign. They were initially sparked by a luxury tourism project in the south linked to US President Donald Trump’s family.
