> Two chemical tankers caught fire in Romanian territorial waters in the Black Sea. Seven crew members from the San Marino-flagged Wine Trader are missing, while five were reported safe; all crew aboard the other tanker, Yara J, were said to be safe. The fires followed sightings of Russian drones in Romanian airspace, but officials have not confirmed a link and an investigation is underway.
