> Hungarian Prime Minister Peter Magyar said he plans to hold his first official bilateral meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Oct. 16, during the EU summit in Brussels. Zelensky has not confirmed the meeting, and Kyiv says no time or place has been agreed. The announcement followed Zelensky’s signing of a law strengthening education rights for national minorities, a step Hungary had demanded before advancing Ukraine’s EU accession talks.
