> Kazakhstan’s Zhambyl region police said Russian rapper Navai Bakirov was detained at a border checkpoint while entering from Kyrgyzstan after drugs were found in his car. He was taken to a temporary detention facility. Organizers postponed his October 14 Astana concert indefinitely for “technical reasons.” Baza, citing checkpoint staff, reported that 10 grams of marijuana was found in the car.
